The LinkedIn Post Feedback feature is genuinely helpful, especially the breakdown of why a post works. However, the “What to Polish” section can unintentionally create a sense that the post is never “done,” encouraging a loop of incremental tweaks rather than confidence to publish.
Instead of positioning this section as open-ended critique, consider shifting to a scoring or grading framework. For example:
Structure
Clarity
Hook strength
Proof / credibility
Memorability
This would allow users to quickly assess how strong the post already is, understand where it’s solid, and decide whether polishing is necessary at all. A score or tier (e.g., “Strong — ready to post” vs. “Good — optional refinements”) would reinforce confidence and help users move from optimization to action.
