In-App Video Library for Onboarding and User Progression

I wanted to share a suggestion that could really improve onboarding and long-term user success with 2PR.io. Every software has a learning curve, especially one as powerful as this, and users often benefit from more structured guidance inside the platform itself. It would be extremely helpful to have an in-app video library that walks users through the journey in stages—starting with a clear “getting started” section, then moving into a “next phase” section that shows how to begin applying the tool in real situations, and finally an “advanced” section for users who want to fully leverage more complex features and strategies.

Having this kind of step-by-step video progression directly within the software would make it much easier for users to build confidence without feeling overwhelmed. It reduces confusion early, gives people a clear path forward at every stage, and helps them move from basic understanding to real results more quickly. In trust-based terms, it builds clarity and removes friction by guiding users instead of expecting them to figure everything out on their own. That kind of structure not only improves adoption, but also increases long-term engagement because users always know exactly what to do next as they grow with the platform.
